There is a massive Conspiracy working against the Nice Guy to keep him oppressed. Chances are, if you believe Nice Guys finish last, or women want Jerks, then the Conspiracy has infected you. This chapter details how the Conspiracy targets Nice Guys, and how it wants to keep Nice Guys full of doubt and shame. It also explains the damage already done to the Nice Guy by the Conspiracy.

Chapter Two: Culture of Misinformation:

Misinformation is a major part of the Conspiracy’s plan to neutralize the Nice Guy. The Conspiracy has created a culture of misinformation to control not only how you see yourself, but it also controls how the world see you too. A major part of the Conspiracy’s plan is to confuse you by distorting your self- image of what it means to be a Nice Guy.

Chapter Three: Caring and How It Helps to Define the Nice Guy:

It seems that the more a Nice Guy cares about a woman, the harder it is for him to get or keep her. Ironically, it appears that the less the Jerk cares about a woman, the easier it is for him to interact with her. This chapter examines why that is the case and what the Nice Guy can do about it. This chapter also examines how the Nice Guy cares and how caring affects his interactions.

Chapter Four: Weapons of the Conspiracy:

This section is devoted to some of the weapons the Conspiracy uses on Nice Guys to keep them full of doubt and shame, and, as a result, under control. This section examines the lies, misinformation, false promises, and half-truths used against the Nice Guy to make him think something is wrong with him for being a Nice Guy.

Chapter Five: Expression:

Being able to express yourself effectively is essential for effective communication. This section will explain the methods used against the Nice Guy to keep him ineffective in his communication and why Nice Guys have a hard time following advice when trying to correct their problems.

Chapter Six: Friend Zone:

This chapter defines the friend zone and shows mistakes the Nice Guy makes when trying to get out of the friend zone. It also shows how the Conspiracy keeps the Nice Guy stuck in the friend zone. It includes suggestions on how Nice Guys can use their Nice Guy tendencies to their advantage while being in the friend zone.

Chapter Seven: Sex:

This chapter examines how the Nice Guy sees sex, and what happens to Nice Guys’ confidence when women have sex with Jerks. This chapter also examines how the Nice Guy dilutes his own sexual power; and how the Nice Guy handles the responsibility of initiating sex.
